Field-service CRM
Every visit, every customer, every reply, in one place.
Packed Day is built for businesses paid per visit rather than per invoice. Recurring visits, one-off jobs, what each customer is owed and everything they have said to you, without a spreadsheet and a second inbox.
Set up for you, with your customers already loaded. No card to enter.

Why it exists
The spreadsheet works until it does not.
Most field-service businesses run on a sheet of recurring customers, a phone full of texts and a memory for who has paid. It holds up at thirty customers. At three hundred it is a part-time job, and the first thing to go is the follow-up nobody wrote down.
Put your customers in
One record each: address, what they pay, and the service they get in your own words. Import from the spreadsheet you are keeping now.
Set the pattern
Every four weeks, twice a month, one-off next Tuesday. The schedule fills itself in from there, as far ahead as you need to see.
Work the day
Open today on your phone, tick off what is done, mark what got paid. Skipped visits stay on the record instead of vanishing.
What you get
Six things, done properly.
There is no module you have to buy later and nothing to configure for a fortnight before it is useful.
A schedule that fills itself
Set a customer to recurring and their visits appear on the calendar ahead of time. Re-running it never doubles anything up.
Money on the visit
Each visit carries its own price and its own paid flag, because that is how you actually get paid. No invoices to raise, no ledger to reconcile.
Two-way messaging
Message a customer and their reply lands back in your inbox, by email or on a link if they would rather. They never make an account.
Follow-ups that stay put
The quote to chase, the gate code to ask about. Tasks sit against the customer they belong to until someone ticks them off.
Tags for the awkward questions
Who is on the winter list, who pays by cash, who needs a text the night before. Tag them once and filter the customer list by it.
Everyone on the team
Add your staff and they see the same schedule and the same inbox, from the office or from the van.
Messaging
Your customers reply to an email, not to an app.
Nobody is downloading software to tell you the side gate is locked. Every message you send carries a reply address of its own, so a customer can hit reply in whatever mail app they already use and it lands on their conversation in your inbox. There is a link too, for the ones who would rather type into a page.
Quoted history gets stripped, duplicates get dropped, and the whole thread stays attached to the customer record, so the person picking it up next week can see what was agreed.
Conversation
Morning Dawn, we are with you Thursday as usual. Anything you want us to look at while we are there?
You · Tue 09:12
Yes please, the back gate sticks. Code is 4471 if we are out.
Dawn · Tue 09:40
Replied by email. No account, no password, no app.
In the van
The phone app is the same day, in your pocket.
Today’s visits, the customer you are stood outside, the inbox and your tasks. Tick a visit done, mark it paid, tap to call, and it is on the office screen before you are back in the van.
- Today, with the week across the top and a month of visits behind it
- Customer search, tap-to-call, visit history and the full timeline
- The same inbox, so a reply can be answered from the doorstep
- Tasks to tick off, with the original done date kept if you untick
Your data
Your business gets its own database.
Not a column on a shared table with everybody else’s customers in it. When you are set up, a database is created for your business alone, and that is the only place your customers, visits and messages live. It is a harder promise to make and an easier one to keep.
Hosted in the UK and Europe. Export what you have put in, whenever you want it, in a format a spreadsheet can open.
Get the week out of your head.
Tell us how you work now and we will set the workspace up with your customers already in it.
